The popular 2H Hassle-Free Bundle counts as one session. Its KM and Snow Buddy Time components are not counted separately. A 5H children’s Snow Buddy Time booking counts as five sessions.
Sales, teaching and genuine review points for the same session may be combined. Qualifying substitute support earns an additional 100 points. Each student’s review of a particular session counts only once.
Sales points are confirmed after payment is received and the independent-sales requirements are met. Apply the corresponding session-count tier to each sale; do not add the single-session and multi-session tiers together. After a refund, recalculate using the final number of valid purchased sessions retained. Cancelled bookings that were not taught do not earn teaching points.
TXSNOW must confirm the arrangement, and the substitute must take over another instructor’s confirmed booking and complete delivery. An instructor does not earn support points for rescheduling their own booking and later taking it back.
Points accumulate within the snow season and restart the following season; historical contributions remain on record. Points adjustments do not change confirmed base pay, commissions or referral bonuses.
TXSNOW first checks session qualifications, teaching fit, resort and availability. Among otherwise suitable instructors, higher points give higher booking priority. Eligible new instructors also retain an opportunity to receive their first booking.
To qualify for sales commission and sales points under the applicable rules, the instructor must independently acquire the client, complete the sale and handle the following arrangements without customer service doing them on the instructor’s behalf.
Customer service joining the group does not, by itself, affect independent-sale eligibility.
TXSNOW STOKE POINTS
Instructors must proactively claim points for promotional content and new-instructor referrals by submitting supporting records to TXSNOW customer service.
TXSNOW cannot search social platforms on your behalf or identify unreported referral relationships, and will not proactively investigate them. Points are not credited until a claim has been submitted and the supporting records can be verified.
Save screenshots of the published content, note the platform and publication date, and send them to TXSNOW customer service. Include the content link when available. Points are counted only after the screenshots are received and verified; content without submitted screenshots does not count.
Content must carry the TXSNOW tag and meet safety and compliance requirements. TXSNOW determines its category. The same content earns points separately on different platforms, but only once on each platform; it cannot be claimed under several content categories.
High-quality adaptations or recreations require substantive changes. Replacing a cover or changing a few words does not qualify.
Proactively tell TXSNOW the referred instructor’s name and provide a record of the referral.
Under the current rules, 600 points per person are credited after TXSNOW verifies the referral relationship and the referred instructor completes signing.
